By using the Offry app, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Offry is operated by مؤسسة امواج البحر الازرق لتقنية نظم المعلومات, Commercial Registration No. 7033013421, from its registered address in Al Aqrabiyah District, Al Khobar 31952, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Offry is a platform that connects customers with local merchants to browse, purchase, and redeem coupons and promotional offers at merchant locations.

The merchant is responsible for providing the product or service in the offer; Offry provides the technology platform, payment facilitation, and coupon issuance.

You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Amounts collected by Offry are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR), and the final amount displayed before payment confirmation is the amount charged through Offry. Tax treatment and invoicing remain subject to applicable legal requirements and the responsibilities of the relevant parties. Offers may be limited in quantity or time and are subject to availability.

After payment succeeds and is verified, Offry attempts to issue a digital coupon with a redemption code. New coupons remain valid for 30 days from payment confirmation, even if the offer's purchase period ends sooner, unless redeemed or cancelled after a refund. Coupons purchased before this policy took effect retain the expiry date shown on them. If coupon issuance fails, Offry follows the failure-handling and refund process described in the Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored on Offry servers.

By completing payment, you confirm that the payment method used is valid and that you are authorised to use it.

A coupon is redeemed by presenting its code at a participating branch within its validity period. A coupon may not be redeemed more than once; the code becomes void after the first successful redemption.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the “Refund Policy” page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Misuse of the service is prohibited, including attempted fraud, use of unauthorised codes, compromising platform security, or any use that violates applicable law.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Offry is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by merchants, which remain the responsibility of the relevant merchant.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
