Scope of this policy
This policy explains the cancellation and refund rules for coupons and offers purchased through the Offry app. These terms are shown to the customer before payment is completed.
How purchases work
When a payment succeeds, a digital coupon for the purchased offer is issued to your account under “Offers”, carrying a redemption code to present to the merchant.
New coupons are valid for 30 days from payment confirmation, even if the offer's purchase period ends sooner. Coupons purchased before this policy took effect retain the expiry date shown on them. A coupon stops being usable once redeemed or cancelled after a refund.
All sales are final
Offry does not offer voluntary returns, cancellations, or refunds merely because a customer changes their mind. A coupon purchase is final once payment is completed, without limiting any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
An unused or unexpired coupon is not, by itself, eligible for a refund outside the statutory rights and specific failure cases described in this policy.
Mandatory consumer rights
Mandatory cancellation and refund rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and other applicable laws remain available. Depending on the nature of the offer, this may include a right to cancel within seven days after receiving a product or contracting for a service when the product has not been used and the service or other benefit has not been received.
These rights are subject to statutory exceptions, including certain accommodation, transportation, and catering services and other cases specified by law or regulation. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer right.
Payment or fulfillment failures
A refund is provided when Offry confirms a duplicate or incorrect charge, coupon issuance fails after successful payment, the offer is withdrawn or cannot be honored by the merchant before redemption, the available service materially differs from the purchased offer, performance is delayed in a way that creates a statutory cancellation right, or cancellation or refund is otherwise required by law.
If coupon issuance fails after a successful payment, Offry attempts to return the payment automatically to the original payment method without requiring a customer request.
Non-refundable cases
Subject to mandatory rights, refunds are not provided for a change of mind, failure to attend, failure to redeem before expiry, inconvenient scheduling, full or partial redemption, or breach of the offer terms.
Coupons that fall within a statutory exception to cancellation cannot be voluntarily cancelled unless a payment error, fulfillment failure, or another legally required refund event applies.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, through our payment provider.
The time for a refund to appear on the card statement depends on the payment provider and the issuing bank's processing.
